Our Illinois Transportation Design team is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Transportation Engineering Market Leader to help shape our next chapter in central Illinois.

As the Transportation Project Manager, you'll secure and lead roadway and highway projects while cultivating key partnerships with IDOT, counties, and municipalities. What You'll Do

Project Management

• Lead roadway, highway, and multimodal transportation projects from concept through final design.
• Use sound engineering judgment to independently complete tasks within federal, state, and local standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide technical direction, support key design decisions, and guide multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct formal Project Reviews and uphold HR Green's Quality Manual.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, creating a strong pipeline for future growth.

Business Development

• Proactively identify new opportunities and emerging client needs across central Illinois.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IDOT, counties, municipalities, and private-sector partners.
