As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Crescent Springs, KY at the Crescent Springs Branch.

Bilingual Haitian Creole Preferred.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow wallet share through a differentiated experience, perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, perform heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss, and participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Roles at this level typically require an associate's or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Usually requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
