Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the High Dive Gym, Lounge and Pool areas and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery of exceptional service is paramount. Greeting all guests with a warm greeting and walking with all guests to their lockers and be ready to answer all questions guests may have with a sincere response. Be knowledgeable in the retail side to speak about the items and know the outdoor activities (Cabanas, Day Beds and Memberships).
HowYou Will Create the Extraordinary
- Greets and checks guests into the Gym and High Dive Pool Area Club and always use the Family Style Service skills and give personalized service.
- Maintains accurate knowledge of guests’ arrival and departure while selling the necessary products.
- Cleans general area, Gym and pool areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests (keeping all restrooms clean and neat and making sure the Gym is always clean and tidy).
- Assists guests as needed, including delivering amenities (towel, soaps, etc.) and various refreshments to provide convenient, courteous, personalized service.
- Educates and assists guests in the use of the Gym and Lounge areas and has knowledge of selling our outdoor offerings and all retail items.
- Calls Security if an emergency arises.
- Always demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous Gym and Pool experience.
- CPR training preferred.
- Customer Service skills with a very outgoing attitude.
- Literacy and fluency in English.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
- Able to push/move towel carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to walk, stand.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to grasp, reach, bend, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to hear and use visual inspection.
- Ability to occasionally use a step stool.
- Ability to occasionally tolerate extreme inside and outside temperatures.
- Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
