THE JOB:As a Cage Shift Supervisor, you will assist with leading our cage operations to ensure adherence to company policies and gaming regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Cage Shift Manager on duty in overseeing daily activities, assisting cage staff with requests, and ensuring the staff delivers exceptional service to our guests.
THE STARTING SALARY:$63K annually
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Supervise Cage and Credit activities, ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance.
- Generate and submit end-of-shift reports timely to Accounting.
- Assist with preparing daily summary and bank deposits and maintains accuracy for all transactions.
- Conduct training and performance coaching for Cage staff, while handling disciplinary actions as needed.
- Assist high-profile players with payouts and resolve any guest or employee issues or transactions.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and aid in scheduling.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience as a cashier, worked in casino credit or has main bank experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $42,500.00 - $58,500.00. This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
