Primary Responsibilities
Traffic Direction and Vehicle Flow
- Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Guide drivers to designated parking areas.
- Prevent traffic congestion at entrances and exits.
- Manage traffic patterns according to site plans.
- Coordinate traffic movement during peak arrival and departure periods.
- Communicate lot status to supervisors when areas become full.
Guest Assistance
- Welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide directions to event entrances, restrooms, and attractions.
- Assist guests in locating parking spaces.
- Provide information about accessible parking locations.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
Parking Enforcement
- Enforce parking lot rules and regulations.
- Monitor reserved, VIP, vendor, staff, and accessible parking areas.
- Report violations to supervisors.
- Be friendly and approachable.
- Maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Remain calm during heavy traffic conditions.
- Use clear communication and hand signals.
- Demonstrate patience with guests.
- Resolve minor parking concerns professionally.
- Represent Peddler’s Village in a positive manner.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
- Bend, stoop, and move traffic control devices.
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
