Applications for our Spring and/or Summer 2026 Internship Program are officially live! We’re looking for energetic individuals to join our team from January 15 through July 31. Whether you're a current student or a recent grad, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry with one of the best teams in the business.

[]() is a nationally known event operator that provides high level grassroots AAU opportunities all over the Nation. Based in Northeast, Ohio, we run several boys and girls youth tournaments locally, regionally and nationally. Currently we run 80+ events in 12 different states, including Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Virginia, Florida, and Wisconsin.
OPERATIONS INTERN POSITIONAs Operations
Intern
, you will:
- Assist with the preparation of event logistics (venue management, signage, hospitality, transportation, food & beverage, volunteers, etc.).
- Attend on-site walkthroughs and planning meetings.
- Assist with on site management
- Aid in the planning and logistics for future hosted events.
- Serve as event operation staff (will require additional day/evening/weekend hours) for Ohio Basketball events, including (travel is expected to and from these locations. OHB does provide lodging during your stay.):
- The Clash - April 23-25 in Cincinnati, OH
- The Clash of the Clubs: May 14-16 in Houston, TX
- The Classic: May 14-16 in Louisville, KY
- Run 4 Roses Classic: July 8-10 in Louisville, KY
- Run 4 Roses Championship: July 11-13 in Louisville, KY
- * local events running in between these dates
Duties Include:
- Assist full-time staff with event planning, day-to-day operations, and on-site event management.
- Aid in the distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
- Research and target prospective areas to host events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience with event management/operations preferred.
- Eager to learn the business of sports and ability to think outside the box.
- Be passionate and have a team-player attitude.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited College/University (undergraduate or post-graduate program) or have recently completed (6-months).
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during events with long hours.

- Work Environment:
Office environment; moderate noise. Event environments will vary and include both indoor and outdoor requirements.

Due to the nature of the organization, our projects and events are rarely the same year over year; the internship experience depends entirely on the current happenings of OHB.
Work Hours:
Intern work hours are based upon individual schedules and interns will work and be paid for up to 30 hours per week, between 9am - 5pm Monday-Thursday.
