This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from our Englewood Cliffs office a minimum of three days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate logistics for large-scale events and remote productions, including scheduling, equipment needs, certificates of insurance, vendor coordination, shipping, and production materials.
  • Partner with Production & Technical Managers to execute production plans and help ensure technical, operational, and logistical requirements are addressed on time.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for production teams and talent while supporting the packing, shipping, and tracking of equipment and materials.
  • Support production financial processes, including budget tracking, production actuals, expense reporting, invoice processing, and the responsible handling of confidential information.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination among production teams, vendors, talent, and internal departments, communicating updates and helping resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain production documentation and operational checklists, support production technology and equipment needs, and proactively identify solutions to keep productions running smoothly.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production teams, talent, management, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with production management tools and systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Concur, SNAP, and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on production schedules.
