Are you energetic, outgoing, and someone who enjoys making sure people are having a great time? Battle Axes is looking for a Part-Time Attraction Attendants to join our team!

As an Attraction Attendant, you’ll help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll work throughout the facility helping customers with our attractions, answering questions, keeping areas clean and ready for guests, and making sure everyone is following the rules and having a great time.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on job where no two shifts are exactly the same. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, pays attention to what’s happening around them, and isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever they’re needed.

• Greeting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Explaining attractions, rules, and safety procedures to customers
• Helping guests get started and making sure they understand how to use the attractions
• Monitoring attractions and making sure guests are following safety guidelines
• Keeping attraction areas clean, organized, and ready for the next group
• Watching for opportunities to help customers before they have to ask
• Answering questions about Battle Axes, our attractions, parties, and other offerings
• Helping other team members when needed
• Following opening, closing, cleaning, and safety procedures
• Providing the upbeat, welcoming customer service we want every guest to experience

• Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Dependable and responsible
• Able to stay active and engaged throughout your shift
• Comfortable talking with customers of all ages
• Able to follow directions, rules, and established procedures

• Previous customer service, restaurant, retail, or entertainment experience
• Experience working with children or families
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who naturally looks for things that need to be done instead of waiting to be asked
