ResponsibilitiesConducts daily revenue accounting audits including cash audits and other related reports.
- Promote and maintain all steps of the Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
- Comply with established/mandated deadlines.
- Complete efficient & accurate data entry.
- Effectively respond to supervisor’s requests.
- Comply with company policies, all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position.
- Conducts daily revenue accounting audits including cash audits and other related reports.
- Verify and record revenue through varies means including receipts, reports, inter-departmental paperwork, etc.
- Conduct Title 31 audits.
- Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Argosy Alton from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes weekends and holidays.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:- High School Diploma or Equivalency
SKILLS:
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
SKILLS:
- Basic math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
- Performance of work provides intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
- Office environment.
- Casino environment exposed to all temperatures, dust, fumes, bright light and smoke with the above average noise levels.
- Bending and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Exposed to weather conditions and prevalent temperature changes.
- Subject to low ambient noise level.
Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
