Lead Production Assistant (Part-Time / Event-Based)
Ingle Dodd Media is seeking a dependable and organized Lead Production Assistant to support our live events and awards show operations. This is a part-time, project-based position that is scheduled on an as-needed basis depending on event and awards season workloads. This is not a full-time role.

The position is a hybrid role that combines remote administrative support with hands-on event production work.

The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day coordination of award show logistics, attendee and submitter communication, and voting platform support, while also taking a leadership role onsite during live events.

  • Assisting with customer service and email inquiries related to award show submissions, voting, attendees, and event logistics
  • Learning and supporting the operation of award show voting software platforms
  • Helping manage follow-up communication with submitters, attendees, and participants
  • Supporting event setup, production, and breakdown for live events and award shows
  • Leading and coordinating additional production assistants onsite during events
  • Assisting the Production Manager with operational and production-related tasks as needed

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates well under pressure, and is comfortable balancing both computer-based administrative work and fast-paced live event environments.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in high-pressure environments
  • Comfortable leading small teams onsite during events
  • Experience with live events, production coordination, or awards shows is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends during event periods
