Eligibility

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• Must currently be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), or a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
• Transient and Dual Enrollment students are in eligible for student employment.

• Federal Work Study (FWS) / Institutional Work Study (IWS)

• Up to 20 hours.

• Tuesday through Saturday. (Flexible)

• Availability Tuesday through Friday between 11:00 a.m.

• Assists Senior Staff in at least one of the following areas: supervision of gallery and reception areas, greeting and assisting all guests to the Museum, handling gift shop sales, assisting with Museum event setups, preparation and installation of photographs for exhibit, document and image scanning, data entry.
• Organizes and maintains area of responsibility according to museum procedures.
• Continuously monitors the Museum for security from theft, misuse, and vandalism.
• Other duties relevant to the job as needed.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and neat in appearance.
• Willingness to learn and remain up to date/knowledgeable of exhibitions and programs.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Mac and PC computer skills necessary.
