UPERVISES:Player's Club Representative and Promotions Specialist in absence of the Player's Club Supervisor and Promotions Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:This team member supervises Player's Club and Promotions operations in the absence of the supervisor. This team member is a guest service ambassador for the Resort & Casino, delivering the highest level of service to guests by providing up-to-date information about promotions, guest programs, gaming and other amenities.

• Directs the work of Marketing Department team members during an assigned shift, including the responsibilities of planning, assigning, directing, and following up on assignment in the absence of the supervisor.
• Responsible for addressing guest complaints and disputes, resolving problems, and other administrative requirements of the department.
• Provides the highest quality guest service and hospitality while performing assigned duties to include, but not limited to, greeting guests, directing guest complaints, and providing information about Resort & Casino programs, services, and amenities.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Resort & Casino promotions, including but not limited to, rules and guidelines for participation, locations where guests can enter promotions, promoting guest participation, and providing information accordingly.
• Supports the Marketing team in implementing promotions when needed, as well as ensuring team members are informing guests of upcoming promotions and events.
• Handles multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment and is able to make decisions in the best interests of the guest experience and the organization.
• Oversees event ticket sales and refunds in accordance with gaming regulations and internal control standards.
• Issues comps in accordance with Resort & Casino policy and internal regulations.
• Ensures that team member rewards, coupons, gift certificates, and online club card sign- ups are assigned and completed.
• Responsible for assisting in creating and researching new monthly promotions with Marketing team members and monitors results through the online accounting system to measure effectiveness.
• Responsible for maintaining and ordering merchandise and decorations for Resort & Casino Promotions and Resort & Casino incentives for guests.
• Maintains clear and open communication with other departments and external vendors regarding departmental operations via methods such as telephone, in-person meetings, and email.
• Ensures compliance with all Resort & Casino policies and procedures, Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
• Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Resort & Casino.
• Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino's guest service program.
• Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

• The ability to use independent judgment to make discretionary decisions regarding Resort & Casino operations is required.
• One (1) year of cash handling experience is recommended.
• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing/promotional or related progressive experience is recommended.
• A strong understanding of the principles and practices of team member supervision is required.
• Strong communication, mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
