** What this job involves
** The Event Analyst is a data-driven performer dedicated to producing high-level reports and delivering 5-star event services, resulting in absolute customer satisfaction. This position requires flexibility to manage event queue and ad-hoc requests from intake to final destination within Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), while assisting with operational support for the Real Estate & Workplace Services program (REWS). You will play a key role in the coordination of guest services and training for REWS, acting as an influential team player and solution-oriented professional who serves as the subject matter expert for everything related to events, guest services, REWS ticketing systems, reporting, data, administration and Slack.
** Your day-to-day tasks will include:
*** Managing and coordinating all event and guest service requirements, ensuring timely responses within approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ANZ tickets and programs are sent to accurate queues and REWS staff within the region
* Collecting and compiling event highlights for ANZ and collaborating with event analyst associates from Sydney and other regions for bi-weekly and ad-hoc reporting requests to assist the REWS team
* Overseeing and supporting ticketing requests and queries for Meetings & Events (M&E) and Tableau dashboards for ANZ, providing regular reporting and insights
* Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing training for the M&E team, including support for any enhancements and M&E app integrations
* Assisting with the development and implementation of new innovations, process improvements, and upgrades to existing event services
* Working closely with the global REWS teams, Event Management, and Event Program Leads to drive successful event execution in region
* Preparing qualitative and quantitative reporting for management and leadership using internal dashboards and data tools

* Required Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1-3 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, or related field.
* Experience in event operations and coordination
* Superior customer service skills with strong orientation to provide exceptional customer experience
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
* Experience maintaining high standards for customer experience and brand representation
* Ability to work flexibly to manage event queues and ad-hoc requests
