* Job Description:

** Provides casino player services to ensure their entertainment experiences exceed their expectation level.
** Responsibilitie
* ***** s**:*
* · Assists with the payment of slot machine jackpot and ticket fills.
· Repairs minor slot machine malfunctions
· Assists with making player’s cards.
· Notifies slot technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.
· Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards.
· Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations.
· Solicits and processes new slot club members in to the slots rewards program.
· Assists with the cleanliness of the casino floor and Heart of House.
· All other duties as assigned

* Qualifications:

* · High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
· Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
** Physical and Work Demands:*
* · Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
· Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
· Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

** Base Pay Range:
** 17.00
* This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
