** THE JOB
** The Settlement Manager plays a critical role in the live tour's event’s financial lifecycle, owning the show documentation and financial completion of shows. This person thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, juggling artist and building contracts, cross-team communication, and detailed financial recordkeeping with sharp accuracy and zero drama. We're looking for a self-motivated multitasker who's as comfortable crunching numbers as they are navigating the fast-moving world of live entertainment.

The position involves working with Artist, Venue, and Promoter teams simultaneously to record all revenue, expenses, payment advances, and monies due, as well as executing and/or receiving final payments for all. Additionally, this position is responsible for finalizing and uploading all itemized recaps and corresponding backup of the event’s expenses and revenue. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Finance.

** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Conduct on site show settlements for high volume of shows in  (clubs, theaters, amphitheaters & arenas, and festivals.)
* Daily communication with local and national booking teams and assigned Pproduction Mmanagers to ensure accuracy in stated deal terms and financials.
* Review Aartist and building Venue contracts.
* Compile show expenses from Production Manager, vendors, building, artist and marketing teams.
* WWork with accounting team to close out each show.
* Keep up-to-date accurate records for all shows.
* Regional travel as necessary.
* Various projects as needed.

** WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
*** Bachelor’s degree
* Minimum 3 years’ related experience in live event settlement, contract review, or similar.
* Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe & other similar software programs.
* Must be able to read and interpret ticket audits Ability to read and interpret ticket audits.
* 2+ years of contract review
* Solid trong communication and negotiation s skills.  The ability to interpret the needs of the Aartist, Ttours, Promoters, Production Managers, and Vvenue representatives.
* Excellent organizational , communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment simultaneously.
* Ability to work weekends and late nights as needed based on show schedules.
