** JOB SUMMARY
** The Casino Partnerships Manager reports to the Senior Director Casino Business Development and is responsible for acquiring, developing, and growing partnerships with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and casino loyalty programs. The role builds a qualified pipeline within an assigned territory and converts relationships into profitable sources of casino guest acquisition for Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

This manager serves as a consultative partner to property marketing leaders and executive decision makers. The role applies a strong understanding of casino reinvestment, player economics, segmentation, loyalty strategy, and promotional planning to help each partner increase member engagement and incremental revenue resulting in a strong pipeline of casino cruise patrons to the NCLH brands.

The role owns the commercial performance of assigned prospects and partners from initial outreach through launch and ongoing growth. Success requires a strong casino industry network, disciplined account planning, sound financial judgment, and the ability to coordinate marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, and casino operations teams
** POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**## ###
** New Partner Development
*** Build and execute a territory development plan that prioritizes casino operators and properties by player quality, loyalty-program strength, strategic fit, revenue potential, and probability of conversion.
* Develop relationships with property presidents, general managers, chief marketing officers, casino marketing leaders, player development executives, and loyalty decision makers.
* Originate, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities through consultative discovery, property visits, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Develop partner-specific business cases and proposals that define the target player, commercial model, marketing commitment, operating requirements, and expected return for both organizations.
* Support the negotiation of partnership terms and coordinate approvals with leadership, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
* Maintain an accurate pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in the designated customer relationship management system.### ###
** Partner Growth and Consulting
*** Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for assigned casino partners and establish a regular cadence with property marketing and executive leadership.
* Assess each partner's customer segments, reinvestment strategy, offer architecture, trip frequency, loyalty economics, host model, and promotional calendar to identify opportunities for incremental value for each partner.
