Position OverviewThe Client Service Associate plays a central role in supporting advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position combines relationship management, administrative coordination and operational support within a dynamic wealth management office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships focused on long‑term engagement and retention
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, both electronic and paper‑based
- Prepare quarterly asset summaries for billing purposes and process transactions including journals, transfers, invoices, annuity and commission payments, and consulting fee collections
- Oversee daily office administrative functions such as scheduling, marketing support, accounts payable and receivable, and front‑desk assistance as needed
- Understand each client’s broader financial objectives and identify opportunities for additional services
- Review processes within scope of responsibility to ensure appropriate controls and minimize risk of errors or misstatements
- Participate in internal training sessions and professional development initiatives
- Provide additional support as required
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or a related internship
- Experience in wealth management is advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail or similar)
- Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney is a plus
- Strong client‑service mindset with a proactive and professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with solid analytical abilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment

Compensation varies by geographic market and experience level. The anticipated base salary range for this role across the United States is approximately $47,000 to $78,000 per year
