Position Summary

Chief Financial Officer serves as the bank’s senior financial executive, responsible for strategic financial leadership, balance sheet management, regulatory reporting oversight, and long-term financial planning. The CFO partners with leadership and the Board to guide financial strategy, manage capital and liquidity, and ensure safe and sound financial operations. This role oversees accounting, budgeting, asset-liability management, and financial risk monitoring to support sustainable growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of bank financial statements, regulatory reporting, and ALM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the bank’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
  • Oversee accounting operations, regulatory reporting, and financial statement accuracy.
  • Manage capital planning, liquidity monitoring, and asset-liability management (ALM).
  • Present financial performance reports to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor profitability, margin trends, and balance sheet performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety and soundness standards.
  • Oversee investment portfolio strategy in coordination with executive leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives, growth planning, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Serve as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and external financial partners.
