Purchase Ledger Assistant - Falmouth - Competitive Salary - Permanent
Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to be recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a global market leader in Falmouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, inclusive finance team within a world‑class group known for innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities- Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the purchase ledger function
- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and maintaining ledger accuracy
- Assisting with preparation of payment runs
- Completing monthly reconciliations and contributing to month‑end reporting
- Managing the team inbox, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement of processes and internal controls
- Providing additional support across the finance team as required
- Prior purchase ledger experience within a busy finance function
- Clear communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent IT capability, including solid Excel skills and ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX
