• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the purchase ledger function
• Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and maintaining ledger accuracy
• Assisting with preparation of payment runs
• Completing monthly reconciliations and contributing to month‑end reporting
• Managing the team inbox, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement of processes and internal controls
• Providing additional support across the finance team as required

• Prior purchase ledger experience within a busy finance function
• Clear communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent IT capability, including solid Excel skills and ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX
