Senior Financial Analyst; Onsite

• The pay for this position is $40.45 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full‑time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, standard business hours; flexibility may be required based on workload and business needs.

• Work with business stakeholders to create investment requests, including ROI analysis.
• Track and report on investment value realization and provide frequent updates to leadership.
• Prepare financial reporting, forecasting, budget development, and financial modeling.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and summarize trend data and actual‑to‑budget variances.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts.
• Develop and modify financial models to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with field staff and cross‑functional departments to deliver high‑level financial analysis.
• Assist with annual budgeting processes.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and support special projects as assigned.
• Train operational personnel on systems, accounting, and finance‑related processes.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

• Experience with Oracle and/or Essbase.
• Prior experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in a corporate environment.
• Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams.
