A-Line Staffing is now hiring Senior Financial Analyst in Louisville, KY. The Senior Financial Analyst would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. · The pay for this position is $40.45 per hour.
· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Senior Financial Analyst Highlights
· This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
· The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, standard business hours; flexibility may be required based on workload and business needs. Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
· Work with business stakeholders to create investment requests, including ROI analysis
· Track and report on investment value realization and provide frequent updates to leadership
· Prepare financial reporting, forecasting, budget development, and financial modeling
· Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
· Analyze and summarize trend data and actual-to-budget variances
· Prepare monthly financial forecasts
· Develop and modify financial models to support strategic planning
· Collaborate with field staff and cross-functional departments to deliver high-level financial analysis
· Assist with annual budgeting processes
· Conduct ad hoc reporting and support special projects as assigned
· Train operational personnel on systems, accounting, and finance-related processes Senior Financial Analyst Requirements
· Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to travel up to 25%
· High School Diploma or GED
· Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days. Senior Financial Analyst

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Oracle and/or Essbase
· Prior experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in a corporate environment
