Position Overview:

The Mortgage Loan Officer role is based in Greater Louisville or Lexington, KY and is an in‑office position that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. - Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
- Conduct sales calls.
- Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation to ensure compliance.
- Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with the business, ensuring adherence to and support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Knowledge of banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, and sales competencies.
- Effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, and mortgage product knowledge.
- Experience:
University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service).
