Client Consultant – Client Experience

Location:

Boston, US (Hybrid). The role is also available in Pittsburgh.

We are looking for a Client Consultant to support clients using the Paris investment performance platform. This client‑facing position requires independence, credibility, and confidence from day one.

• Supporting institutional investment clients using the Paris performance and analytics platform.
• Acting as a trusted client partner across performance, attribution, and analytics topics.
• Managing client relationships with a high level of autonomy and ownership.

• Occasional travel expected (approximately 10–15%).

• Investment industry experience (performance, attribution, analytics, or similar).
• Experience with financial technology or investment platforms (Paris strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required (finance, economics, or a closely related field).
• ~3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong client‑facing skills and the ability to work independently.

• Professional certifications (CFA, CIPM, or similar).
• Exposure to QA, project, or product‑related work.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Natural curiosity and independent thinking.
