Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Huntsville, Alabama, at the Whitesburg branch location.
Job DescriptionAcquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, while managing risk through adherence to policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss and assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
QualificationsRoles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent, related experience or product knowledge, and at least 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
