Associate, Asset-Backed Finance

Overview

Join our Global Credit segment as an Associate based in New York, NY. The role focuses on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, monitoring existing investments, and designing investment structures for institutional investors.

• Evaluate, execute, and monitor investment opportunities across private credit and structured equity.
• Conduct due diligence and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build financial models, perform valuations, and draft investment committee memos.
• Contribute throughout the investment process and support the deal team.

Education & Certificates

Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

Knowledge & Experience

• 1–3 years of finance experience with exposure to asset finance, corporate credit, and structured products.
• Preferred:
  Prior investment or financial institutions group (FIG) experience, structured credit, securitization, or investment banking.

The compensation range is tailored to New York, NY and includes a base salary of $150,000. In addition to base salary, the role offers comprehensive benefits including retirement, health, life, disability, paid time off, holidays, family planning, wellness programs, and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive program.
