Position Overview

Universal Banker within PNC's Cheyenne Mountain and Hwy organization, based in Colorado Springs, CO. • Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Deliver full PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• 3+ years of experience in banking or related field at the associate level or equivalent degree.
• Education:
  
  Associates degree or equivalent educational experience. No required certifications or licenses.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
