• Support in conducting audits with a focus on credit risk management, credit processes, and internal control systems.
• Performing audit tests, control evaluations, and data analyses.
• Analyzing credit-related processes and assessing compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and relevant market standards.
• Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of credit risk management and control processes.
• Tracking audit findings and recommendations, and monitoring the timely implementation of agreed measures.
• Contributing to the creation of comprehensive audit reports and presenting results to executives and relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of audit methods, processes, and tools.
• Utilizing AI-driven applications and prompting techniques to enhance efficiency and quality in auditing.

• Successfully completed degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience in internal audit, financial auditing, credit risk, risk management, compliance, or a similar area, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Basic knowledge in credit risk management, credit products, and relevant credit processes.
• Experience with data analysis and an interest in digital and technology-driven audit approaches.
• Knowledge in AI prompting or AI-supported working methods for efficiency improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly to management.
• Good English language skills in both spoken and written form; other foreign languages are advantageous.
