Position Summary The Senior Manager, FP&A will help drive the financial performance of Signify Health by partnering with business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions. This role oversees forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for a large and evolving business area.
As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will provide financial insights, support resource allocation decisions, and help ensure the organization meets its financial and strategic goals. You will work closely with both Signify Health and CVS Health leaders to improve profitability, efficiency, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes for a large business unit Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances against forecasts and budgets
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve business performance
Support long-term financial planning and resource allocation
Develop and present financial analyses and executive-level presentations
Monitor key performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations
Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, or business planning
Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
Advanced financial modeling skills
Experience creating presentations for executive audiences
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and complex environment
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare finance experience
Experience managing P&L responsibilities, budgets, and forecasts
Experience identifying financial risks and opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting, trends, and projections
Knowledge of Anaplan or other financial planning systems
Experience providing ad hoc analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
Proven track record of process improvement and leveraging technology to drive efficiency
Strong attention to detail
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
