We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers.
PayHourly Pay: $15 - $17
Key Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications.
- Take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-confidence and strong organizational skills.

- Team player – willing to pitch in and accept help.

- Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting up to 5 lbs; may exert up to 30 lbs of force.
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
