- Maintain a current understanding of loan documentation
- Reconcile loan general ledger accounts daily
- Review daily loan maintenance to ensure accuracy
- Review loan payment ledger daily to ensure accuracy in posting
- Review new loan uploads to ensure accuracy/completeness in coding and documentation
- Ensure accurate exception tracking is recorded in core system for each loan
- Review loan modifications and new participation transfers for accuracy
- Review paid out documentation for accuracy
- Review Hazard and chattel insurance processes for accuracy
- Maintain Kentucky Livestock & Grain Market Report file
- Embrace and comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as back-up in uploading new, refinanced, renewed, and modified loans to core processing system
- Serve as back-up for processing daily participation remittance to investor
- Serve as back-up for scan verification of new loan uploads and miscellaneous loan documents
- Serve as back-up for Flood, Force Placed and all other insurance processing and tracking procedures
- Serve as back-up for insurance and tax escrow disbursement processing
- Serve as back-up for processing warehouse correspondent advance wires daily batch posting
- Other projects/duties as assigned by Loan Operations Officer
- Organize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to research and analyze
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Thorough knowledge of:
- Applicable banking regulations and how they relate to Magnolia Bank’s lending policies and procedures
- Bank’s loan platform and core processing systems as they relate to loans and job responsibilities
A High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree in a business, finance and/or accounting concentration or a minimum of 2 years’ experience with loan documentation, loan processing and basic loan compliance preferred.
This position reports to the Loan Operations Officer.
