We are looking for a Head of Finance to own finance, treasury and settlement control for our payment gateway safeguarding merchant funds, maintaining tight reconciliation, and keeping the company financially sound and compliant.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Trust & Settlement Account and daily merchant-liability reconciliation
Oversee banking relationships, cash flow and treasury
Own accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls
Manage tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT/BIN, withholding)
Coordinate the statutory audit and regulatory financial returns
Safeguard against settlement shortfalls and financial risk
