Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report daily, weekly and monthly cash positioning.
• Own and enhance the company’s rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Review and report liquidity performance and related metrics, provide recommendations for improving liquidity and free cash flow.
• Build dashboards to monitor and report treasury performance.
• Implement automation processes for incoming and outgoing cash flows.
• Oversee credit and collection processes, with hands-on expectation around past due customer account balances.
• Assist FP&A with projects.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3-5 years of treasury experience
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and analysis
• Experience using artificial intelligence to aggregate and summarize information efficiently.
• Experience with pulling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple databases.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Controller.

• Full-time position (Exempt)
• Onsite:
  Four (4) days per week at our West Bridgewater office
• Remote:
  One (1) remote workday per week, available after the successful completion of the training and onboarding period
