City First Enterprises (CFE) seeks an experienced Chief Credit Officer to lead credit risk management, underwriting, portfolio oversight, and governance. Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will own credit policies, approval processes, and risk reporting, enabling responsible capital deployment in disinvested communities.
The ideal candidate brings deep commercial lending, CDFI, and affordable housing or CRE finance experience, with strong analytical and collaborative leadership skills.
