Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative to identify, mitigate, and prevent fraud risk while supporting BSA/AML compliance. You will review alerts, investigate cases with urgency, process claims, and protect the Credit Union from loss across plastic card, check, and ACH channels.
You’ll work with processors and peers to reduce fraudulent activity and ensure regulatory adherence to BSA/OFAC policies. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
