Rotating Schedule
- Monday
- Friday, 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm.

What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for assisting branch personnel with eServices products, along with handling a variety of daily back-office operational tasks, with emphasis on working as a team player.

What you’ll do:

• Review and complete new Mobile Deposit user setups.
• Review Mobile Deposit checks to stop fraudulent checks from being deposited through Mobile Banking.
• Work queues for Online Banking setup, password resets, and Mobile Deposit exceptions.
• Review Velocity exceptions for Remote Deposits and Velocity Exception Log throughout the day.
• Provide support and maintenance for Bill Pay and eDocuments.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED
