Financial Operations Analyst

We are a growing financial services company seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support financial reporting, transaction analysis, budgeting, and day-to-day finance operations while helping ensure accurate and timely financial information.

The Financial Operations Analyst will analyze financial data, prepare reports, monitor transactions, and support accounting and finance processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with financial information while meeting deadlines.

• Analyze financial transactions, operating expenses, and revenue data.
• Prepare regular financial reports, summaries, and management presentations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets, cash flows, and financial performance against forecasts.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate unusual or incorrect transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams on financial matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure financial activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial operations, or a similar heardle position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
