Virginia AG in Norfolk, VA seeks an Account Collection Specialist to manage assignment, accounting, and tracking of past due university accounts in line with state policies. You will coordinate with collection agencies and internal staff, and finalize accounts with taxation agencies.
The role demands knowledge of debt collection laws, GAAP and Excel, plus strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with Perkins loan processes is a plus.
