Weareseeking a Vice President, Investor Relationstohelp drive andsupportourfundexpansion efforts and capabilities working for a Practice President at Red Cell Partners who also leads our firm’s capital raising efforts for our funds.
Inthisrole,youwillcollaboratewiththefirm’ssenior team membersonallinvestorrelations,fundraising,andecosystemactivationefforts.
Wearelookingforabuilderand super-connectorwhoiseagertoworkinafast-moving,dynamicfirmpioneeringanewapproachtobuildingafund managerthathelpsscaledisruptive,technology-ledbusinesses.

Skills & Qualifications- 6-8+ years of experience in investor relations, raising capital from UHNW & institutional investors
- Experience developing institutional LP fundraising channels & driving fundraising activity
- Experience executing highly professionalized investor reporting & engagement efforts
- Ability to fluently articulate Red Cell’s strategy, value proposition, model & metrics
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time
- Strong conceptual, quantitative & analytical skills; ability to think like an investor
- High integrity & ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
- Exceptional verbal & written communication & presentation skills
