Position SummaryThis position is ideal for an energetic self-starter with a passion for helping people. Our ideal candidate has a high attention to detail and possesses strong organizational and problem solving skills. But most importantly, you've got to be a team player who is passionate about financial planning and enthusiastic about helping people.
Primary Responsibilities- Passionate client advocate & problem solver
- Help meet client needs seamlessly and expeditiously
- Assist advisors with planning and prep for meetings
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes
- Prepare insurance reviews, analytics and presentations
- Prepare net worth statements for ultra wealthy families
- Collaborate w/ CPAs, estate planners and other professionals
- Input data into planning and CRM software programs
- Use software to model hypothetical scenarios
- Ensure portfolios are aligned with client objectives
- Assist in 401k plan reviews and participant education
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients
In addition to the above, you'll have the opportunity to work on special projects and perform duties that may vary from what is listed above, but are consistent with our overall advisory business.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- An understanding of integrated financial planning
- Including estate, tax planning and risk management
- Highly professional in all aspects of client service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Work well with people
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Quick to learn new technology
- Competitive Compensation ($60k-$75k base)
