Vice President Multifamily Acquisitions

Role Overview

Fifteen Group Capital, a Miami-headquartered real estate investment firm founded in 1992, is hiring a Vice President of Multifamily Acquisitions to own the full acquisition lifecycle for multifamily assets across Florida, Texas, and other Sunbelt markets, working directly with the Director of Investments and firm Principals.

• - Build and manage a pipeline of on-market and off-market multifamily acquisitions across Sunbelt markets
• - Cultivate broker, owner, developer, and capital-partner relationships to generate proprietary deal flow
• - Lead financial modeling and pro forma underwriting (IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash returns) for value-add and opportunistic multifamily deals
• - Manage due diligence, negotiate LOIs and PSAs, and oversee debt financing through closing
• - Prepare investment committee presentations and mentor junior team members

• - 8-12+ years of progressive experience in multifamily acquisitions, real estate private equity, or institutional investment management
• - Demonstrated track record independently sourcing, underwriting, and closing multifamily transactions in Sunbelt markets
• - Familiarity with agency debt (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) and bridge financing

Base pay range: $195,000 - $225,000/yr.
