The firm has $ 150B AUM and embraces CFA. Role requires at minimum CFA Level 1 and GPA at minimum 3.0 with around 2-10 Years experience.

OVERVIEW

This role supports the management of client portfolios across a range of enhanced cash and low-duration fixed income strategies. The Cash Trader works closely with portfolio management and investment teams to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily portfolio activity, including settlements and cash flows. The position also partners with internal teams to meet same-day cash needs across client accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute domestic fixed income bond trades
  • Monitor market conditions and communicate factors impacting buy/sell decisions, including economic data, supply and demand dynamics, seasonal trends, and technical factors
  • Analyze, propose, and execute trades aligned with portfolio objectives
  • Monitor portfolios for appropriate structure, sector allocation, and duration
  • Ensure portfolios comply with client guidelines and investment mandates
  • Support settlement, reconciliation, and pricing functions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–10years of fixed income trading experience
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interest in financial markets and economics
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Degree, CFA level 1 at minimum, GPA 3.0 kground in trade settlements, asset allocation, trade compliance, etc.
