Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's DC office seeks a junior tax associate with Big 4 experience to join its growing tax practice. Ideal candidates have transactional tax, M&A or international tax experience from a Big Four national tax practice or the IRS National Office; 3–5 years’ experience preferred.
The associate will work on sophisticated corporate, partnership, and international tax matters, including M&A, tax planning, and cross-border matters, with mentorship and opportunities for advancement.
