Location: Northern
AVCOG is seeking a Small Business Loan Officer to develop loan applications, underwrite and service loans under federal/state/local revolving funds. You will provide technical assistance to borrowers and prepare required reports for funding agencies and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities include administering financial packaging and lending programs, managing loan servicing, closings with attorneys, and representing AVCOG at events to promote loan programs and strengthen local partnerships.
