Customers Bank is hiring for an ACH Operations role responsible for daily ACH processing, reconciliation, and exception handling. The candidate will work with the Fraud, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure accurate processing and regulatory compliance.
The role requires knowledge of NACHA rules, 2+ years ACH experience, and strong attention to detail in a high-volume setting. Banking experience and customer service are preferred.
