About ANRAANRA Technologies, with offices in Washington DC, London, New Delhi and Estonia, is an international provider of drone operations and traffic management solutions for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operators and airspace managers. We offer intelligent Machine Learning and AI driven traffic management software capabilities for UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations.
Key Responsibilities- Build ANRA's finance function, establishing scalable processes, financial discipline, and operational rigor.
- Serve as the CEO's trusted financial partner on growth strategy, fundraising readiness, capital planning, and board reporting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, scenario planning, and long-range financial models.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs covering revenue, bookings, pipeline, cash, margins, operating efficiency, and SaaS metrics.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Legal on pricing, contract economics, revenue forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Oversee accounting, compliance, audit readiness, tax, and global financial operations.
- Personally own day-to-day finance priorities while effectively leveraging external accounting, tax, audit, and advisory partners.
- Prepare board materials, investor reporting, fundraising models, and diligence documentation.
- Partner with the CEO on fundraising efforts, investor presentations, financial modeling, and due diligence to support future capital raises and strategic growth initiatives.
- Support global operations across the U.S., UK/Europe, India, and other international markets.
- 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in SaaS, enterprise software, deep technology, aerospace/defense, government contracting, or other high-growth technology businesses.
- Experience building finance infrastructure in an entrepreneurial or scaling company.
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and board reporting experience.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, financing activities, or board presentations.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on.
- Experience supporting global operations across multiple legal entities and international markets.
- Excellent business partnering skills and executive presence.
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and comfortable operating with limited resources in a fast-paced environment.
- Aviation, aerospace, defense technology, infrastructure software, or regulated technology experience.
- Experience with SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, burn multiple, runway, and bookings.
- Experience with international subsidiaries and multi-currency operations.
- Background in AI-enabled finance, automation, or operational transformation.
