Trust Operations Specialist; Atlanta, Birmingham or Ruston

Trust Operations Specialist represent Argent Institutional Trust Company, the Division, and Trust in the community and marketplace. Trust Operations Specialist support Argent’s daily treasury operations and cash movement activities. Trust Operations Specialist work side by side with the trust operations team, reconciling and managing the treasury banking activity related to deposits, disbursement and investment cash movement. Trust Operations Specialist will serve as a backup for Treasury Operations functions.

Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL or Ruston, LA

• Manage and reconcile treasury banking activity related to various bank partners for deposits, disbursements, and investment cash movements
• Perform daily sweep processing and balancing
• Maintain treasury worksheets and related processes
• Monitor automated file upload activities
• Assist with daily cash deposits and disbursements.
• Work with team members to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing, maintain operational controls, and provide cross-functional backup support across Treasury Operations functions.
• Daily financial operations duties may include, but are not limited to, income, settlement, cash, and fee processing
• Perform other duties as requested

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; XLOOKUP and Pivot Table experience required; macro experience desirable.

• 2 or more years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience
