Join our Wire Review and Approval Team in this Senior Associate, Treasury role. You will be responsible for handling daily task related to treasury banking such as pulling check images, fulfilling transaction requests from various internal teams (GL, Operations or Tax Processor) and acting as liaison between Cotality and our clients/banks. In addition, you will perform the following tasks. Each of these tasks are time sensitive in nature and require careful attention to detail.
Individual must be comfortable working under tight deadlines in a team environment and proficient at communication with both internal and external contacts.
- Positive Pay monitoring
- Wire approval
- Bank Account administrative duties
- Resolving Customer Service Inquiries
- Pulling Cancelled Check Copies
- Bank Report distribution
Our role is primarily remote except for once a month meetings in the office.
Job Qualifications:- 3+ years Treasury related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills

Annual Pay Range: 45,600 - 52,000 USD
