We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Client Service Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Based in Vancouver, Washington, Harlow Wealth Management serves clients throughout the greater Portland metropolitan area and Southwest Washington. Our team specializes in retirement income planning, investment management, tax strategies, healthcare planning, and legacy planning through our proprietary planning process,

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience by managing day-to-day service requests and supporting our advisory team.

• Manage a high-volume queue of 30–40 client service requests.
• Process account maintenance, money movement, distributions, contributions, Roth conversions, annuity applications, and other client transactions.
• Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers to complete transactions and resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate client records across CRM, custodial, and ticketing platforms (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Prioritize competing requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Communicate proactively with clients, advisors, and teammates throughout the service process.

• 1–2 years of client service experience
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms
• Ability to build trust with clients and collaborate effectively with team members
