• Maintain and enhance client relationships by assisting Advisors to provide clients with quality service.
• Assists Advisors in the development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that aim to address each client’s specific goals and concerns.
• May assist with trades, position monitoring and updating watch reports.
• Provides ongoing support in educating clients about specific products and services offered at the firm.
• Develops presentation materials and proposals to assist Advisors in cultivating new business opportunities.
• Develops customized presentation materials and manages performance measurements on existing accounts to market and attract new clients.
• Partner with compliance for comprehensive account reviews.
• Collaborates with the Advisor to develop an overall business plan and marketing strategy.
• Assist with platform support of system updates and enhancements including logging all activity accurately and timely in applicable Texas Capital systems (Salesforce, Pershing, etc.).
• Cultivates and develops relationships with business partners internally and externally.
• Proactively participates in firm initiatives directed by local management.
• Performs other duties, responsibilities and specialized projects as assigned.
• Texas Capital Bank may assign reasonably related additional duties to individual employees consistent with standard departmental policy.

• Minimum 5 years in Banking/Financial Institutions, preferably in an Investment Client Service Associate or Relationship Associate role.
• Experience answering and managing multiple phone lines required.
• Advanced ability to interface with high-level management and clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 65 preferred.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Advanced ability to handle sensitive information.
• Advanced ability to research and resolve issues.
• Advanced ability to initiate and respond to operational inquiries and needs.
• Advanced onboarding and account management skills.
• Advanced ability to support administrative duties of client needs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Technical proficiency in the use of MS Office products for reporting, data analytics, and presentations.
