* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tax practice leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen the firm’s overall tax quality framework.
* Lead strategic initiatives that advance Tax Professional Practice Group’s (Tax PPG) quality capabilities through innovation, data analytics, and continuous process improvement.
* Drive the adoption and integration of AI-enabled solutions within Tax PPG to identify, evaluate, and champion practical AI use cases that improve quality, streamline activities, and enhance the effectiveness and operational efficiency of Tax PPG.
* Partner with Market Tax Leaders (MTLs) to promote tax quality initiatives, address quality trends, and support remediation and continuous improvement efforts.
